The scope of work includes preliminaries, deep excavation, extensive de-watering, concrete piling works, ground works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, metal and wood works, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing, hydraulics and drainage works, electrical works air conditioning works, lightning protection system works, fire fighting system and installation of passenger lift.
