This project includes the construction of 15 New Water Villas and Jetty. Renovation of Bar, Staff Accommodation, Diving School, Office and Restaurant.
The scope of work includes preliminaries, ground works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, metal and wood works, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing, hydraulics and drainage works and electrical works.
