The scope of work includes preliminaries, ground works, concrete works, roofing, masonry, conduit piping & plumbing, plastering, screeding, wiring, ceiling, tiling, doors and windows, painting, toilets fixtures & fittings, electrical works, air conditioning, firefighting system and reticulation works.
