This work comprises: the design development, implementation of custom designed pre-fab/pre-cast systems, construction, completion, testing, commissioning and maintenance of piling works, jetties (x4), guest villas (x63) and standard rooms (x34) including MEP works at Avani Fares, Baa Atoll, Maldives.
The buildings over water are mainly in timber/concrete structure, concrete pier foundation, timber clad external wall, dry wall & block wall partitions, timber roof structure with roof covering.
Buildings on land are mainly in concrete frame with strip foundations, rendered block walls and partitions, timber roof structure with roof covering as shown on Architect’s drawings
