These include Civil works of B1-Reception & Lobby, B1A-Public Rest Rooms, B3-All Day Dining & kitchen, B4-The Tribe Restaurant, B5-Tent Bar, B6-Pool Bar & Swimming pool, B7-Avani Fit (Gym), B8-Kuds Club, B9-Main Spa, B10-Spa Treatment (Type A & B), B11-Dive Center, B12-Water Sports Center.
Civil works include preliminaries, ground works, substructure work, concrete works, masonry, plastering, screed, tiling, deck work, doors and windows, ceiling, painting and roofing works
