This work comprises: Civil – structural, architectural and MEP works for the guest villas, walkways and public areas at Activity Island.
This is a 142-key resort comprising of Beach Villas, Water Villas, All Day Dining, Restaurants, Spas, Meeting Room, Fitness Centre, Kids Club, Dive Centre, Water Sports Centre, Swimming Pools, Reception, Bars, Walkways and Jetties.
The scope of work includes preliminaries, ground works, substructural works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing and MEP works.
