This work comprises: Civil – structural, architectural and MEP works for the guest villas, walkways and public areas at Family Island.
This is a 145-key resort comprising of Beach Villas (Type A, B & C), Water Villas (Type A, B, C, D & E), Main Kitchen, All Day Dining, Restaurants, Swimming Pools, Dive Centre, Water Sports Hut, Spas, Fitness Centre, Retail Shops, Lounge, Reception, Bars, Walkways, Connectivity Bridges and Jetties.
The scope of work includes preliminaries, ground works, substructural works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing and MEP works.
