BOH Buildings include: Link Bridge, Staff Accommodation, Main BOH Building, Main Sanitary Plant Room, Power House & Engineering, Service Jetty, Access Channel, Fuel Farm, Water Tanks, Irrigation Water tanks, Fuel Pump Room, STP Pump Room, MBBR STP, Waste Management, GM Villa, Mosque and Storage Hut.
Guest Villas include: Beach Villas (27 units) 1 Bedroom Water Villas (50 units), 2 Bedroom Water Villas (2 units) and 3 Bedroom Water Villas (1 unit), Water Villa Jetty and Arrival Jetty.
Public Areas include: Arrival, Reception & Lobby, Front Office, Specialty Restaurant, All Day Dining, Water Sports, Dive Center, Teen Club, Beach Club with Main pool, Kids club, Fitness & Spa, Clinic & Housekeeping Hut, Housekeeping Hut & Low Voltage Powerhouse and Housekeeping Huts (3 units).
The scope of work includes preliminaries, dredging, ground works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing and MEP works.
