This project includes designing and conversion of the existing convention center into a 100 bed tertiary hospital.
The scope of work includes designing, dismantling of the existing structures, preliminaries, ground works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, metal and wood works, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing, hydraulics and drainage works, electrical works, air conditioning works, installation of fire protection system, lightning protections system, medical gas system and bed lift.
