This project consist of developing the local holiday island Kuda Bandos in to a tourist resort and includes the construction of executive staff building, reception building, junior staff block, main bar, main restaurant, power house, senior staff block, sewerage treatment plant, garden villa and 22 beach villas.
The scope of work includes preliminaries, ground works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, metal and wood works, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing, hydraulics and drainage works and electrical works.
