This project includes the construction of Beach Villa, Beach Villas with swimming pool, Beach Villa Suites, Water Villas, Water Villa Suites and corresponding Walkways, GM’s House, Teens & Kids Club, House Keeping and Pantries, Spa Building, BOH Staff Accommodations and Revetments for sea wall.
The scope of work includes preliminaries, ground works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, metal and wood works, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing, hydraulics and drainage works and electrical works.
