The Works comprises: the construction of 198 keys resort comprising 152keys double storey guestroom blocks, 24keys beach villas, 20keys water villas, 2Keys two bedroom water villas with plunge pool, all day dining restaurant (2Nr), main swimming pool, pool terrace, pool bar and including all associated services, hardscape and soft landscaping.
The buildings over water are mainly in timber/concrete structure, concrete pier foundation, timber clad external wall, dry wall & block wall partitions, timber roof structure with synthetic thatch and slate roof covering.
Buildings on land are mainly in concrete frame with strip foundations, rendered block walls and partitions, timber roof structure with synthetic thatch and slate roof covering all as shown on Architect’s drawings
