This work comprises: Civil – structural, architectural and MEP works for the BOH facilities for Family Island and Activity Island
Buildings at Activity Island Includes: – Admin & F&B, Clinic Building, Staff Dormitories, Housekeeping & Laundry Building, Recreation, Staff Canteen, Maintenance & Powerhouse Building, Mosque, Incinerator Plant & Bottle Crusher, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Water Tanks, Tower Hut Tel & Com Building and Garbage Room.
Buildings at Family Island includes: – Admin – F&B, Clinic Building, Staff Dormitories, Mosque, Main Laundry, Linen Store, Staff Canteen, Staff Bar, Maintenance Engineer Store Building, Power House, Boiler Room, Diesel Bund, Incinerator Plant, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Water Tanks and Tower Hut Tel & Com Building.
The scope of work includes preliminaries, ground works, substructural works, concrete works, masonry, plastering, roofing, ceiling, doors and windows, tiling, painting, water proofing, finishing and MEP works.
